SPIRIT ACTIVATION
A movement wanting to happen.
A breath wanting to deepen.
A place in the body asking to soften.
A part of you ready to be released.
A forgotten expression of Spirit waiting to move again.
Spirit Activation is a sacred embodied journey into this space.
In this work, I step into the role of Soul Surrogate—temporarily offering my body as a vessel for sensing into your energetic and spiritual experience.
As I attune to you, your Spirit may begin to reveal itself through movement, sensation, breath, posture, tension, emotion, or subtle impulses within my body. I listen. I follow. I allow the movement to unfold. Your body then becomes the mirror.
As you witness what is moving through me, you are invited to allow your own body to respond. You may find yourself naturally mirroring a movement, changing your breath, shifting your posture, opening, releasing, reaching, grounding, or moving in a way you had not consciously planned.
What your Spirit expresses through me as the surrogate, you begin to embody within yourself. Through Spirit Codes & Commands, we enter more deeply into the activation, inviting the intelligence of your Spirit to guide the movement and reveal what is ready to awaken, shift, release, or be remembered.
This is not about someone else telling you who you are.
It is not about giving your power away. The Soul Surrogate is simply the mirror.
A 45 minute embodied journey to activate what is ready to move through you from your Spirit.
