About the Event
The Luminous Practice is designed to open energy channels within your body, expereince bliss and joy from opening the heart and tuning into your Spirit.
Each session blends breathwork, Shamanic Qi & inuititve movement, a guided medicine journey, sound, and self energy healing to help balance your luminous energy field and activate your inner healing and intuition.
The Energy Expereince classes is an opportunity for you to sense into the vibrations that are held in your luminous fields and dive deep into self-exploration by working with the themes each week.
Our first theme will be working with the physical energy field where our lower emotional and mental energies reside. We will use our body as the physical portal to move the energies within our body.
