Dao-Yin/Qi-Gong Luminous Series is a way to work with your energy bodies directly through your physical practice. With this practice we will be influencing the charkra's, the dantiens, lower, middle and upper which then feeds our Lightbody fields residing outside our body. Each energy body is assoicated with an organ, our nervous system, repressed past emotions, and postive emotions ready to bloom after the repressed emotions have been cleared.
In each session I will guide you through a physical practice to shfit stagnant energy in the tissues of your body, releasing emotional and mental imprints and activating the spiritual gifts that each of the 5 Spirits( elements) hold in our body. Each session will end with a neigong/Shengong (active medicine journey) to integrate the practice.
